Community Food relief Program

At Cobram Community House, we believe everyone deserves access to nutritious food and the opportunity to feel connected to their community. Our Food Relief Program provides practical support to individuals and families experiencing genuine financial hardship or food insecurity through a range of services designed to meet immediate needs while fostering dignity, inclusion and community connection.

The program is made possible through the dedication of our volunteers, valued partnerships with local organisations and food suppliers, and the generosity of grant funding and community donations. Together, we are helping to reduce food insecurity, strengthen social connections, and ensure that everyone in our community has access to healthy food and compassionate support during challenging times.

Our program includes:

  • Emergency food parcels
  • Food packs for people without cooking facilities
  • Frozen meals
  • A community share table stocked with pantry items
  • Regular community lunches and barbeques that bring people together in a welcoming environment.

Follow us on Facebook to keep up to date with community meals and BBQs.

Cobram Community House acknowledges the support of the Victorian Government through the Community Food Relief Program.
