    Digital Mentor Program

Digital mentors have the valuable role of supporting people to learn new digital skills.
Working in partnership with the learner, a digital mentor listens for and creates teachable moments. The overall aim is to help learners feel more confident when using digital technology so they can feel more confident and empowered. We have a FREE course to train digital mentors and you don’t need to be an IT expert to participate, you just need a willingness to learn how to support people to get online and use digital devices.
